It's offline though so you can open a box and if you don't like it you can just close the app. Most of the "genes" are acquired through gameplay/combining, but there is a pull system available. The tone is generally lighter than the other Chaos Ring games, but it does still get dark.Īs another comment mentioned, there is a gacha system, but I found I actually can enjoy it when the system isn't tuned to deprive me of all my money. It's one of the only phone games I've enjoyed enough to play instead of PC games when I have both available.
